Practice area — Government and public sector
Real estate strategy, portfolio analysis, disposition and acquisition for federal, provincial, municipal and institutional buyers. Advisory and management delivered across Canada.
Under contract with the Government of Canada for the disposal of federal buildings and land in Quebec.
Security clearance from Public Services and Procurement Canada.
Certified Indigenous business by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) and listed in the Indigenous Business Directory.
All three are held at the same time, which is rare among Indigenous suppliers. Panorama is eligible for set-aside contracts, and Indigenous content is certified contract by contract.
Dispose of federal real property
A property has been declared surplus and the file has to withstand review. Title, condition, environmental status and the buyer market are documented before anything is listed.
Plan, rationalize or acquire space
Leases are expiring, occupancy has changed and the portfolio no longer matches the operation. Retention, consolidation and release scenarios are costed before a decision is tabled.
Deliver a capital project on schedule
Approvals, funding windows and the tenure of the site govern the schedule long before construction does. The work is set up around them rather than against them.
Strategy and portfolio
Strategic advisory, portfolio rationalization and occupancy strategy, feasibility and strategic studies.
Transaction and disposition
Disposition and acquisition advisory, market analysis and opinion of value, due diligence and building condition.
Management and territory
Property and asset management, lease administration, land use and territorial planning.
For departments that already hold one, work is called up against it without a new solicitation.
Covers requirements below the trade agreement thresholds. The shortest route to a first engagement.
Called up task by task in the region the offer covers, for as long as it runs.
A federal buyer may award directly to an eligible Indigenous supplier below the applicable threshold, without competition.
Scope of practice
Panorama brokerage activity is carried out in Quebec, where the agency is authorized by the OACIQ. Elsewhere in Canada, brokerage is handled by a broker licensed in the province concerned, through our membership in the Canadian Real Estate Association, and Panorama stays on the file with the client. Advisory and management services are not subject to that limit and are delivered across the country.
