Protection of personal information.
Policy established in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
One person answers for it.
Nadezhda Bundova, Director of real estate operations compliance, is responsible for the protection of personal information at Panorama. Any question about this policy, any request for access, correction or withdrawal of consent is addressed to her directly.
What we collect
The information you send us: name, company, email, phone and the content of your request. The information required to carry out a mandate: title documents, leases, building financial statements, identification where the law requires it. The technical data generated by a visit to the site: IP address, browser, pages viewed.
Why
To respond to a request. To carry out a mandate and account for it. To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular those of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec and those relating to anti-money laundering. To improve the site. We collect nothing that does not serve one of these purposes.
Consent
By sending us your information, you consent to its use for the purposes above. You may withdraw that consent at any time, except where retention is imposed on us by law or by OACIQ rules.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only to the parties required to carry out your mandate — notaries, appraisers, surveyors, financial institutions — with your authorization; to our technology suppliers, who are bound by confidentiality undertakings; and to the authorities where the law requires it.
Hosting outside Quebec
Some of our suppliers may host data outside Quebec. In that case we carry out the privacy impact assessment provided for by law before any disclosure.
Retention
Brokerage records are kept for the periods imposed by OACIQ regulations. Other information is destroyed once the purpose for which it was collected has been met.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected, to request its deletion, to withdraw your consent, to receive in a structured technological format the information you provided to us, and to file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. We respond within thirty days.

The site uses cookies necessary to its operation and audience measurement cookies. You can refuse them in your browser settings; certain functions of the site may then stop working.
Privacy incident
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the persons concerned as well as the Commission d’accès à l’information, and we record the incident in the register provided for by law.
